During this course, we will explore mantra chanting, affirmations, self-love vinyasa yoga, cosmic breathwork, guided journaling, yoga nidra, dance therapy, restorative yoga and sound healing. Exh practice is designed to help you understand yourself better and reduce stress in your everyday life.
